Rules:

o both models need to get naked progressively (ie, not start nude)
o they have to interact for a reason (ie, have a problem to solve)
o they need to run their hands all over each other (at least - some may be up for more, like kissing)
o can be playful or erotic (or both, but I think it has to be one of them?)
o done with a minimum of props and locations

I get the impression you want some ideas RIGHT AWAY! You'll need warmer weather for some of these, but they all assume models who are willing to get naked with another model but have sex with them.

Sunblock:
- Abby I know you're not crazy about shooting in direct sun, but if you're going to do any more beach/boat shoots there's always undressing and applying sunblock. Use that new stuff that starts out purple (Barney?) or blue (Braveheart?) but fades as it dries.

- They can start out in street clothes or suits, but if you could get them in long button-front dresses or shirts they could go button by button applying block to newly bare skin. (This starts out modest and gets risque only by degrees. Anyone can put block on someone's neck or shoulders, and then why not another inch lower, then another inch. Sooner or later they might stop but they might not either.)

- Another nice thing about sunblock from models who don't really want to touch: Model A can spray it on model B, and model B can rub it in.

Either way you meet the criteria of getting naked progressively (from street clothes or bathing suits) they're interacting for a reason (everybody does it and they don't want to get burned), they need to run their hands all over, it can be playful or erotic, and done with a minimum of props and locations. (Ok, the location thing sort of sucks but you can probably do the same thing in a sunny back yard, or indoors with regular skin lotion.)

Housework/yardwork:
Years ago I saw a series of photos clipped from a soft porn video where several women cleaned an apartment. (Los Angeles evidently has quite a few nude housecleaning services.) Anyway working together they started out in normal cleaning clothes which they shed as they warmed up. I think when they were done they showered and toweled off. The overtones weren't sexual but you got a sense they were really working together. Anyway something like that ought to be good for at least a couple of shoots. You could probably talk a lot of models, especially roommates, into working on their own houses/rooms. Judging from some of your Backstage and Jamie Days photos it wouldn't hurt to pay models to pick up around your studio for real :-) And for extra credit you might someone up for yard work instead.

Clothes:
Hand them a bunch of bikinis, undies, lingerie, etc. Ask them to assess the look and help each other adjust the clothes for minimum/maximum effect. (I got this idea watching a production company shooting a commercial at a beach. The professional model stood while the costume coordinator (woman) and director (man) pretty much manhandled her body while adjusting her string bikini so that everything was covered the way they wanted it. In that context it wasn't really that sexy, but two models consulting/advising/challenging each other could be interesting. It can be done in a bedroom, studio, or back yard. It's plausible, there's motivation, there's undressing and redressing, the models would be trying to make each other look sexy without being sexual with each other, they can touch each other as they adjust their outfits, and other than clothes you don't need props.

Goo:
Please lay off the whole covered-with-honey/smeared-with-sand business. It's over done, it's sexy only for fetishists, and it never works like you think it will. (Actually it *can* work but you want to setup for a full professional stop-action shoot where you're pouring *large* quantities of stuff -- a gallon of honey or pail of milk -- and not smearing in afterwards. But that's not scenario based or suitable for amateur models.)

Exception to my goo objections:
As they undress with each other, ask them to put little stickers anywhere they'd feel comfortable touching the other person. You could also ask each to paint/latex the other only where they're comfortable touching. The advantage, of course, is unless they're adventurous (which could be fun in itself) the literally off-limits bits wind up emphasized rather than hidden.
