Google's new blog search: Unprecidented presidents
So I've just been playing around with Google's new blog-search feature and I'm totally impressed. Check out blogsearch.google.com!
Ok, if not totally impressed I'm still impressed. If you search for 'Figleaf' you get all my posts in one handy list. It got a bit touchier when I searched for "virgin slut," which *should* have given me all of VS of Dilemmas of a Virgin Slut but didn't, though it *did* correctly put a "Related Blog" link to her site at the very top.
But the first "found" item was to a Livejournal post, and from there I found the following post by Cari/Crazy Redhead/Six-Ankled Freak/Redheaded Slut
At Annie's insistence, I must put in the best thing Holly Hughes said all night, which, according to her, was the greatest line in 20th century literature:
"How did the president bring you to orgasm?"
This is, of course, from the Ken Starr report. Whatever else we may say about Clinton, at least he cared about a woman's needs.
I generally try to steer clear of political debates in this blog but I mention this post because:
- I approve of men with the ability and interest to meet his partner's needs.
- I'm glad to have discovered Cari's site, which I might not otherwise have found.
- I think Google's new blog search tool is elegant, simple, and useful
