This is as good a place as any to ask this question. My husband gets morning erections, yes, but can't bear to take advantage of it. He always has to pee (which he can do despite the boner) and doesn't find the a.m. erection to be an erotic thing. Is this an anatomical oddity?

And figleaf, you must be incredibly flexible. Face down, knee up? Ouch!
