While trying to solve this sniddery flangled "remember my personal settings" but where the site remembers nothing about you even if you ask (unlike many sites that remember too much even when you ask it not to)

My templates are all ahoo, leaving the site even more spartan than usual.

My blogroll is perfectly safe. It's just not online.

This message will self-destruct as soon as everything is back in order.

Oh yeah, we're working on day 26 (or is it 27) of continuous rain. Rain, by the way, is not a suitable lubricant.

Not after 27 days anyway. :-)

More later

Update: Well, it's later. I could be totally wrong but I think this foolish thing is remembering comments now. [You could always test and see. If you can't think of anything else to say you could suggest what you'd like to see next time I get out my camera. --fl] For reasons as yet unclear the actual single-entry/comment page isn't formatted very gracefully. That'll have to wait a bit but at least repeating comments should be easier... I hope. Let me know if it doesn't work for you.

I remember those days of constant rain and I have so much sympathy. I bet folks are getting all kind of crazy.
We on the other hand are on like, 60 days of no rain, which sounds good in theory, but is causing things to catch on fire. Combine that with no freezing weather and we are going to be in for a hell of a time with the bugs next summer.
I'll trade ya for awhile!

[Yeah, Goose. I'd swap for a couple of days. (Not too many, though, we're piling up snow in the mountains and I've just started snowboarding!) Speaking of bugs, I hope you're feeling better after catching yours. Thanks! --fl]

Well it's remembered who I am if that's anything. Your blogroll is intact but this comments page needs a cuddle to pull it back into line.

I love the rain. I'd also trade you. We're on day 38740986509854098 of indifferent greyness. Green and pleasant land? hahahahhahahha

[Green and pleasant indeed. On the other hand, while it rains madly here (40 days and 40 nights aren't *that* uncommon here) in Spring there's a river valley that fills first with daffodyls and then with tulips -- hectares of them! Thanks, Lena. --fl]

Try day 33 of the fuckin stuff. Oy! Why did I ever leave California?

c.p.

[Hey, only six more days and I'll be there. :-) Trust me, I feel your pain, CP. --fl]

This rain is doing my head in!! At least the sun came out today. It took me a bit to recognize it ;)

Erect penis. That's what I wanna see.

Sigh.

I'm turning into a dirty old woman.

[Sounds more as if you're willing to admit you're young at heart. Thanks, Elizabeth. --fl]

I'm just weighing in on the pro-rain side ... sorry to see the bugs in your blog but I know you're working furiously on it - good luck! Oh, and ditto Elizabeth.

[Good to know on the ditto Elizabeth thing, Katy. As far as the rain goes, considering how dry last winter was around here I'm with you on the pro-rain side. Plus it's fun to inflame people by saying things like "oh thank goodness it's raining, it's been so dry lately." Thanks. --fl]

You all ready do more with the camera then most men. I try to gently tell a few that ask me that one can only enjoy seeing so many similar pictures. I do envy you your camera being able to take sequential pictures. It is a pain to set the timer and try to get into position.

[No kidding, Rosie! Quite a few of mine are taken by timer, including the late-night set I finished last week. Some of the others I did in a mirror or with a mirror-and-tripod combination where I could just reach and press the shutter without shaking everything up. And yeah, there are only so many belly-button to mid-thigh penis pop-up photos one can take before falling apart from boredom. I'm sure it's even worse on the viewing end since sometimes it seems like that's all anyone thinks to photograph. Thanks! --fl]

My problem is worse than yours. I can't remember what I was going to say. Old I think.

Miss you.

DQ

[Doubt it has anything to do with age. You're very sweet. Thanks, DQ. --fl]

We've had 30 days, but none so far today. I must be going fucking mad, because I secretly hope it rains in the next one hour and 50 minutes so the streak doesn't break... because it's calling for rain tomorrow, and I think that'll be salt in the wound if we just start a NEW streak now. Jesus. This weather's depressing the hell out of me, though, I must say. Saw my first cherry blossoms the other day, but it didn't really help -- because it was raining so hard my raincoat had already soaked through (and it's supposed to be Goretex, but in deluges...) ha.

Is your blog problems a result of just programming code, or is it a blog server problem (ie Wordpress, whatever)?

I'm HATING Blogger and am seriously considering departing it soon. Too many bugs of late. This is their last chance.

Yay! It remembers me. (Happy dance)

*Ducks to avoid having things thrown at her for being the person to request that the "thingie" actually remember a Minx's details when it said it would*

Deep and heavy sigh...

[If only I could satisfy everyone so easily. Oh wait, it took a couple of months, didn't it? Ok then, I mean "if only I could satisfy everyone much more easily!" :-) --fl]
