Some people worry about waking up with racoon eyes and just-fucked hair (as though *that* was a bad thing!) Me? I worry about waking up with a sandpaper-stubbly chin.
I think the solution is
A) Talk about it the night before and make sure it's no big thing
B) While talking about it talk too about what you want to do about it
Me? I think the solution is for whichever of you is the perkiest morning person to promise to pop out of bed in the morning.
Make coffee
Bring coffee
(Coffee is actually a pretty good "breath mint" when it comes to masking morning mouth)
After a couple of sips, or cups, or whatever it takes to get the least perky morning person up
Hop in the shower
Together, then...
If possible fill up the tub and hop in
If possible, together
Make sure the shower's made the bathroom nice and steamy
While you linger in the tub I'll get out and move over to the sink
Naked and just towelled off enough
I'll take my towel and lean over the sink and squeechy-reachy buff visibility in the mirror
(Hope you won't mind watching my ass jiggle, my humidity-loosened balls sway, the muscles in my back and legs flex)
I'll run more hot water in the sink
And squirt shaving cream in my palm
Squidge it around my chin and cheeks and lips
Wet my razor, and begin shaving my sensitive public parts
(I hope you won't mind how my body moves as I twist and turn to shave all those hard-to-reach-right places like my neck and sideburns and chin.)
After I've rinsed the razor
I'll turn on the water
Then I'll spread my legs a bit wider
Bend at the waist to splash and rinse my face
Then, blinded by dripping water, I'll turn and reach for a hand towel
And dry my face

If I know you've been watching?
When I turn around
I may be a bit tumescent
I might be completely hard
I'll step over to the tub, though, and offer my hand
to help you out

I've always wanted to be able to have some hair on my face (temporarily) so I could scratch it while I'm deep in thought.
I do find it fascinating to watch a guy shave though (probably because I am most likely never going to have the opportunity to shave my own face) so I'd be the one watching in fascination.

While reading the post I envisioned this lovely scene in my head, chin resting on my hand, as my mind drifted to memories of stubble rasping lightly over my neck, lower back, my mouth, and especially a slightly scratchy chin stroking between my lips as his tongue teases... oh my.
