Mons pressure: The mons pubis is the tight ball of flesh appearing just above the clitoral opening. Placing a palm on the mons and pushing downward while a hard cock (or fingers, or dildo) thrusts inside the vagina greatly intensifies the pleasurable sensations coming from the intercourse. This increases the pressure on the clitoris without the sort of direct manipulation that some women find overly intense or uncomfortable. A while back you posted on the sensitivity of men's nipples, a little known fact that has led to those delights being foolishly ignored or (pardon the term) "manhandled" by many an unaware female partner. Direct stimulation of the clitoris has the same effect for some women, so variations of frottage or tribadism work well for those women who need a lighter touch. Which is why some women can more easily achieve orgasm by masturbating by merely pressing their thighs together. I guess this could be termed the Look, Ma, no hands! method of self-stimulation, which btw, is very convenient for those long transatlantic flights. (Be prepared for that post-orgasmic gush, though.)
