Not To Paraphrase Oscare Wilde or Anything But...

As i was turning on the coffee maker this morning I had the odd realization that

Horniness is one of those things we value so highly that we start thinking about ways to get rid of it as soon as we start to feel it.

and I may start to feel it after this picture! Not so sure about the getting rid of it . . . snow day here :-)

[That's awfully kind of you to say that, Bunny. Thank you. --fl]

Well, now, that depends... there's also something very appealing about dragging out the desire... a form of torture, for those of us kinky enough to enjoy a little denial. :)

[Oh dear, I may not have phrased it very well. (I *did* say I was waiting for coffee to brew.) I didn't mean to imply we necessarily want to stop being horny right away, only that we start thinking of *ways to* stop right away! The ways we come up with could take hours! :-) Thanks, Marianne. --fl]

Really? I think of it as more like being hungry; it's only good inasmuch as it'll make you enjoy good food that much more. I don't think I enjoy horniness itself if it doesn't lead to anything.

[Have I mentioned my passion for food-to-sex and sex-to-food analogies? And yes, I know what you mean. Thanks, Holly. --fl]

Can't say that's ever been my mode of operation - I'm pretty much determined to increase it as much as possible. It's occasionally inconvenient... like when I'm a work... but even then I'm strategizing ways to save it for later :)

[My attempted humor may have fallen flat but I too enjoy strategizing ways to increase it and/or save it for later, Plymouth. Thanks! --fl]

Yielding to it is always the best way! You've been keeping it going all through the Ski Trip series, don't think we didn't notice ;)

[Hold on to your hat then, A, the photo series may offer more to yield to. :-) Thanks! --fl]
